Your first 30 days after launch include fixes at no charge. After that, work is priced off this board. Everything here is a flat price, quoted and approved before anyone starts.

We post it in public because you should be able to know what a price change costs without booking a call to find out.

What it is not

Not new pages, not integrations, not a redesign, not photography. Those are real jobs and they are priced below. This plan keeps a finished site accurate and running.

One person does this work. Requests come in by email and go out within 3 business days. There is no phone line and no overnight desk, and we would rather say so than promise one.

One job at a time

No plan, no commitment. Pick what you need, we send a flat price, you say yes, it gets done.

Touch-ups

Small changes to what is already there. Flat price, no clock running.

A batch of small edits: $89; Prices, hours, a phone number, a paragraph, a swapped photo. Send several at once. Anything that fits in about 45 minutes goes out together.
A full menu refresh: $149; Every item and price across the whole menu, checked against the board or sheet you send us.
A seasonal or holiday change: $99; Holiday hours, a specials banner, a closed notice. We put it up and we take it back down.

New work

Adding something to the site that was not there before.

A new page: $349; Catering, events, private parties, a story page. Written, built and linked in.
A new section on a page you already have: $199; A block that fits the design the site already uses.
A photo gallery: $199; Built from photos you supply. We crop, compress and lay them out so they load fast on a phone.
Rewriting a page: $199; Same page, better words. You approve the draft before it goes up.

Connections

Hooking the site up to a service you use. We configure the platform you choose. We never build custom checkout and we never touch your money.

Online ordering, linked properly: $149; Your existing ordering page, wired in the way it should have been: real buttons, working on a phone, easy to find.
Online ordering built into the site: $349; Toast, Square or Clover set up and embedded so people order without leaving your site. Their fees stay between you and them.
Reservations: $199; OpenTable, Resy or Tock, connected and tested.
Google Business Profile: $149; Set up or cleaned up, hours and photos matching the site, so the listing and the site say the same thing.
An email list: $179; A signup form on the site feeding a Mailchimp list you own and control.
Gift cards or merch: $99; Your provider, linked in and made obvious.

Bigger jobs

Priced per job. We quote it flat before anything starts.

A second language across the site: $449; Every page, with a language switch. Translation reviewed by a person, not just a machine.
Moving to a new domain or host: $99; Same job as our deploy add-on, done later. Domain, hosting, certificate, all tested.
Redesigning a page from scratch: Quoted; Not an edit. A rebuild of a page that needs to work differently.
Something not on this board: Quoted; Tell us what you need. If we can do it we send a flat price before we start.

How the board works

The price is the price

Flat, quoted and approved in writing before work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise line items, no rounding up because it took longer than we thought.

Turnaround

Most touch-ups go live within 3 business days. Need it tomorrow? Add 50% and it jumps the queue. Bigger jobs get a date in the quote.

We connect, we do not collect

For ordering, reservations or gift cards we set up the platform you choose and wire it in. We never build custom checkout and your money never passes through us. Their fees stay between you and them.

Your site stays yours

You own the code from the day you buy it. Nothing on this board is a lock-in, and any web person you hire can pick up where we left off. That is on purpose.
